Storage period / criteria for determining the storage period:
We will delete or anonymize any personal information that you provide to us in response to inquiries (suggestions, praise or criticism) by e-mail or by telephone no later than 95 days after after the final response has been given. Experience has shown that after 95 days there are generally no more questions about our responses.
